Air compressor failure: What is the cause of the high exhaust pressure of the screw air compressor?

1. The intake valve is stuck and cannot be closed, resulting in constant loading.

 

2. Gas consumption suddenly decreases.

 

3. The loading solenoid valve is faulty, blocked and not completely blocked.

 

4. The unloading solenoid valve is faulty, the unloading fails, and the pressure keeps rising until the unloading is not completed.

 

5. The pressure setting is too high.

 

6. The pressure sensor is faulty.

Solution for high exhaust pressure of screw air compressor:

 

1. Remove the intake valve, if the jamming is not serious, smooth the rusty place with sandpaper, and add some oil to lubricate. Seriously replace the maintenance package or assembly directly.

 

2. Check the change of gas consumption, if the gas consumption is properly reduced, the high value of unloading pressure.

 

3. Check and eliminate the solenoid valve failure.

 

4. Adjust the pressure switch setting.
