- The air compressor cannot be started. First check for control voltage. If not, check whether the fuses are in good condition; if there is control voltage, check whether the control relay and time relay are operating normally.
- The air compressor does not start smoothly. - The exhaust pressure of the air compressor is too low. First, check the pressure before and after separation, whether there is air leakage in the manual valve and the regulating solenoid valve; Readjust etc.
- The air compressor is shut down due to oil injection at the inlet. First check whether the piston and spool of the oil cut-off valve are stuck, and whether the mechanical part is normal; if normal, check the one-way valve and reassemble or replace it.
- The exhaust temperature of the air compressor is too high. The exhaust temperature is generally 80-95°C. If there is not enough lubricating oil cooling, the temperature will be too high and cause failure. First of all, check whether the ambient temperature, compressor lubricating oil, oil level, oil quality, cooling fan, etc. are normal; Whether it is normal, if the diaphragm is damaged, the temperature control valve core does not work, etc., it needs to be replaced; check whether the oil filter is dirty or needs to be replaced.
- The air compressor consumes a lot of oil. Check whether the oil content of the condensed water discharged from the trap is too large, whether the oil level of the compressor is too high, whether the opening pressure of the pressure valve is normal, whether the oil return pipe is blocked, whether the oil separation core is blocked, etc. The above problems will affect fuel consumption and should be dealt with in time.
- The air compressor will automatically stop during operation. First, check whether the machine is normal; then check whether the automatic switch and thermal relay operate, whether it causes the cooling fan motor to stop, or the exhaust temperature is too high, or the pressure is too high, and whether the motor voltage is normal.
