4. Wait about 15 minutes

Precautions:

1. Check whether the power supply is normal before starting the machine;

2. The cooling pump and fan must be turned on first, and then turned on;

3. After starting up, if there is abnormal noise or large vibration of the device, shut down immediately;

2. Check whether the parts of the screw air compressor are fastened. If there is any looseness, check the fastening.

3. Check the amount of oil in the oil and gas barrel. The amount of oil should not be too much, nor too little, and the oil level should be between the two lines.

4. Check the quality of lubricating oil. Open the bottom of the oil and gas barrel, let a small amount of oil flow out, observe the color of the lubricating oil, if it has turned black, you need to replace the lubricating oil, or re-maintain the screw air compressor before it can be used.

5. Drain the condensed water. When the screw air compressor is stopped and there is no pressure in the body, open the oil drain valve at the bottom of the oil and gas barrel to discharge the condensed water generated during the operation of the air compressor.
