Air compressor scale cleaning cleaning steps
1. The system is suppressed to ensure that the equipment has no leakage.
2. Tool preparation: plastic connecting pipeline, cleaning pump, cleaning bucket, connecting pipeline, valves matching the pipeline, etc. For scales with a carbonate content above 70%, it is necessary to add a vent valve above the cleaning pipeline to remove the CO2 gas generated at any time.
3. Prepare for cleaning: record the temperature, pressure and power consumption of the equipment before cleaning. Disassemble the original pipeline of the equipment, and put the water and medium clean. Connect the prepared pipeline valve and cleaning pipeline to prepare for cleaning.
4. Circular cleaning: first add the raw liquid and circulate for 5 minutes to soften the serious scale, and then add appropriate amount of water to circulate. Measure the pH value every 30 minutes and keep a record. After circulating for 1 hour, close the return and water inlet valves and soak for 30 minutes. Then start the wash pump cycle again. And constantly test the PH value, if the value is higher than 3, you should add a certain amount of cleaning agent; if the PH value is around 2 for two consecutive times, it proves that it has been cleaned. Stop the cycle at this time, disassemble a pipeline to see the cleaning effect.
5. Backwashing: In order to prevent large pieces of dirt from being stripped and blocking the pipeline, connect the pipeline in reverse, perform backwashing, and check the pH again. If the pH value is around 2 for two consecutive times, it proves that it has been cleaned.
6. Rinse and install equipment: Rinse the pipeline with cleaning, disassemble the cleaning pipeline, connect the heat exchanger pipeline, and ensure the connection is complete. Then boot up and run. Record the temperature, pressure and power consumption values of the cleaned equipment, and compare them with the previous ones.
