Air compressor startup sequence:

1. Turn on the main air switch.

2. Turn on the three air switches of the air compressor, air dryer and exhaust fan below the main air switch.

3. Turn on the emergency stop switch on the operation panel of the air compressor; press the reset button (eliminate the alarm); press the green start button until the air compressor starts.

4. Open the water discharge valve at the bottom of the air storage tank, drain the accumulated water for about 5 minutes (drain the accumulated water in the air storage tank), and then close the water discharge valve.

5. Press the start button on the operation panel of the dryer until the dryer starts (the green light is on).

Air compressor shutdown sequence:

1. Press the emergency stop switch on the operation panel of the air compressor to stop the air compressor.

2. Press the stop button on the operation panel of the dryer until the dryer stops (the green light goes out).

3. Close the three air switches of the air compressor, air dryer and exhaust fan below the main air switch.

4. Turn off the main air switch.

Note: The air compressor and the air dryer should be turned on and off at the same time.

1. Only turn on the air compressor without turning on the cold dryer, which will cause a large amount of water vapor to enter the compressed air pipeline, which will affect the normal operation of the equipment.

2. Only turn on the air dryer without turning on the air compressor, which will cause the refrigeration compressor of the air dryer to burn out because there is no heat exchange medium.
