1. The influence of cold air on the lubricating oil circuit. The oil circuit system is an important part of the screw air compressor circulation system. During normal operation, due to the rotation of the machine, the oil system will generate friction, and the heat generated by the friction will increase the temperature of the lubricating oil. The low air temperature is very beneficial to the oil circuit system that needs to be cooled. However, for backup equipment or screw compressors that do not start all year round, when they are restarted at low temperatures, the oil circuit may condense with the lubricating oil due to low temperatures, so the startup fails. Therefore, it is necessary to check the oil system to see if the lubricating oil is normal. In order to store lubricating oil, indoor heating is generally required for storage. If stored outside, the lubricating oil may freeze and condense due to the low temperature and cannot be used immediately when needed. Lubricating oil is a flammable item and should be stored separately from other materials to avoid trouble caused by the invasion of other items.

2. The influence of cold air on the screw air compressor. After the cold air enters the air compressor, a large amount of water vapor will be generated at high temperature, which will increase the burden of water vapor filtration in the post-processing of the screw compressor, so the water in the post-processing equipment needs to be discharged from time to time. Compressed air enters the production area through pipelines for use by users. Some pipes are buried in the ground, and some are exposed to the air. In cold weather, keeping the pipes open may generate moisture at low temperatures, increasing the humidity, and the humidity will also affect the normal use of the user. For example, in the laser cutting machine industry, high oil and water content in compressed air can affect the accuracy of the cutting process. In the mining industry, the wet pressure screw air compressor may not affect the normal use of the pneumatic cutter, but it will affect the strength of the pneumatic cutter during operation.

Note: After parking in winter, pay attention to discharge all gas, sewage and drainage, and discharge water, gas and oil in various pipes and air bags. In winter, the temperature of the unit is high when it is running, and the external temperature is low. After stopping, a large amount of condensed water will be generated after air cooling. There are risks such as blockage, expansion, and cracks in various control pipes.
