The air compressor will encounter some failures during operation

1. Cannot start. Check for control voltage. If not, check whether the air compressor fuse is intact; if there is control voltage, check whether the control relay is operating normally.

2. The air compressor does not start smoothly. A few seconds after the air compressor is turned on, it automatically shuts down. From the electrical aspects, such as whether the active air switch has tripped, whether the voltage is normal, whether the closing degree of the intake butterfly valve is normal, and whether the contactor and the three-phase motor are normal during Y-△ start.

3. No air supply. Check whether the control cylinder is in motion. If there is motion, check whether the butterfly valve has mechanical failures; if there is no failure, check whether the loading electromagnetic ISV coil has suction; after eliminating the mechanical failure and coil failure of the ISV solenoid valve, check the location of the solenoid valve ISV one by one. branch circuit.

4. The pressure is too low. Check the pressure before and after the separation of the air compressor, whether there is air leakage in the manual valve and the regulating solenoid valve 2SV; , whether the pressure switch IPS needs to be readjusted, etc.

5. The air compressor stops due to fuel injection at the inlet. First check whether the fuel cut-off solenoid valve 5SV has voltage, and whether the mechanical part is normal; if normal, check the check valve and reassemble or replace it.

6. Exhaust temperature is too high. The exhaust temperature is generally 80-95°C. If there is not enough lubricating oil to cool, the temperature will be too high and cause problems. Check whether the ambient temperature, compressor lubricating oil, oil level, oil quality, cooling electric fan, etc. are normal; Normal, if the diaphragm is damaged, the temperature control valve core does not work, etc., it needs to be replaced; then check whether the oil filter is dirty or needs to be replaced.

7. The air compressor consumes a lot of fuel. Check whether the oil content of the condensed water discharged from the trap of the air compressor is too large, whether the oil level of the compressor is too high, whether the opening pressure of the small pressure valve is normal, whether the oil return pipe is blocked, whether the oil separation core is blocked, etc. The above problems will affect fuel consumption and should be dealt with in time.

8. The air compressor automatically stops during operation. Check whether the screw air compressor machine is normal, and then check whether the active switch and thermal relay operate, whether it causes the cooling fan motor to stop, or the exhaust temperature is too high, or the pressure is too high, and whether the motor voltage is normal.
