  1. Replacement of the filter element of the oil and gas separator of the screw air compressor When the lubricating oil consumption of the screw air compressor increases greatly, check whether the oil filter, pipeline, oil return pipe, etc. are blocked and cleaned, and the oil consumption is still very high When the pressure is large, the general oil-gas separator has deteriorated and needs to be replaced in time; when the pressure difference between the two ends of the filter element of the oil-gas separator reaches 0.15MPa, it should be replaced; The filter element should be replaced in time. The replacement steps are as follows: (1) External model. a. Stop the compressor, close the air outlet, open the drain valve, and confirm that there is no pressure in the system. b. Remove the oil-gas separator and replace it with a new one. (2) Built-in models. a. Stop the compressor, close the air outlet, open the drain valve, and confirm that there is no pressure in the system. b. Disconnect the pipeline above the oil drum, and at the same time remove the pipeline from the outlet of the pressure maintaining valve to the aftercooler. c. Remove the oil return pipe. d. Remove the fixing bolts on the upper cover of the oil storage tank, and remove the upper cover of the oil storage tank. e. Take off the oil-air separator and replace it with a new one. f. Install in reverse order of disassembly. Note: When replacing the oil and gas separator, pay attention to the discharge of static electricity, and connect the inner metal mesh with the outer shell of the oil drum to prevent the accumulation of static electricity from causing an explosion. At the same time, it is necessary to prevent unclean items from falling into the oil drum, so as not to affect the operation of the compressor.

 

  1. Replacement of oil filter When the oil filter needs to be maintained, or when the oil filter block light is on or the contrast exceeds 1.5Kg, it should be replaced in time. If it is not replaced in time, it may cause the exhaust temperature to be too high and shut down; more importantly, it will cause serious wear of the main engine bearing, which will greatly shorten the service life of the main engine bearing. When installing a new oil filter, apply engine oil to the gasket, and then screw it in place, then tighten it by hand for 3/4 turn. When running after replacement, check for oil leakage.

 

  1. The cleaning of the air filter is usually after every 1500 to 2000 hours of operation, or when the negative pressure is greater than 0.63Kg and the air filter is blocked, the filter element needs to be replaced. In dusty places, the replacement time should be shortened, and it should be strengthened at ordinary times. Filter cleaning and maintenance. Stop the machine when disassembling and installing the filter element. In order to reduce downtime, it is recommended to replace it with a new or cleaned spare filter element. When cleaning the filter element, tap both ends of the filter element to remove most of the dust, and then use 0.2MPa compressed air to blow it from the inside to the outside. Note that the nozzle should be about 25mm away from the folding line. If there is a lot of grease on the filter paper, do not reuse. When the filter element is damaged (even a small hole), it can no longer be used and needs to be replaced immediately.

 

  1. Cleaning of the screw air compressor cooler can be blown with compressed air from the reverse direction. If the blockage is serious and cannot be purged, it should be cleaned. If it is not cleaned in time, the main engine will be shut down due to the poor cooling effect.

 

  1. Belt adjustment. (1) After the unit runs for 8 hours for the first time, check whether the belt is loose, and if so, adjust it, and then adjust it every 1500 hours. If the belt is found to be loose, tighten it at any time. (2) Cut off the power supply during adjustment, screw down the lock nut on the top of the motor mounting bracket, and tension the belt to an appropriate level. When tensioning, the pulley should be rotated forward and reverse, and the tension of the belt should be moderate. (3) Replace the belts in groups. Do not splash lubricating oil on the belt when replacing. (4) The installation of the belt must not be forcibly pried in with hard objects, and the new belt should be adjusted after running for a period of time after being replaced.

 

  1. When the exhaust gas temperature is lower than the dew point temperature in the season of low gas consumption or rainy season, the compressed air may produce water in the separator. Before starting the machine, it should be drained, and the oil drain valve at the bottom of the oil storage tank can be opened. Drain the water until the oil comes out. There is a blowdown valve at the bottom of the gas tank, and the blowdown should be done on time.
