Precautions for turning on the air compressor after the company resumes work

Because the air compressor is out of service for a long period of time, please complete the following self-inspection to ensure the safety of the machine:

1. Check whether the air compressor is wet by rain, whether the electric control board and the inverter are damp, and do not turn on the power when it is wet. If the electrical components are damp, please use a heat gun or hair dryer to dehumidify first (do not blow the electrical components directly, the temperature of the hot air is recommended to be 40°C-50°C);

2. Check whether the external power supply is normal.

3. Check whether the circuit inside the air compressor is damaged or loose.

4. Check whether the oil level is within the normal range.

5. Open the drain valve of the oil and gas barrel, confirm whether there is condensation, place it clean, and check the quality of the oil;

6. Check whether there is dust accumulation on the outside of the radiator and the air filter;

7. Check that the outlet valve of the compressor is normally open;

8. In cold areas, please pay attention to the temperature of the compressor room, and the ambient temperature must be at least above 10°C.

9. Because the air compressor has been shut down for a long time, all lubricating oil in the system is stored in the oil and gas barrel. At this time, the fluidity of the lubricating oil is poor, which may cause high temperature alarm and other failures when starting up. start up.

The operation is as follows:

(1) Turn on the emergency stop button and power on for 15 minutes;

(2) Press the start button and run for 8 seconds;

(3) Press the stop button, turn off the emergency stop button and wait for 30 seconds;

(4) Repeat “start, stop” at least three times.
